EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your love towards our products. Each garment you order is made for you exclusively and we hope that they are perfect! However, we would be glad to do a size exchange for you in case an issue with fit and size arises.
You can write to us within 5 days of receiving the product and we will be happy to assist you.
The window for exchange is open from the day of the date of delivery of your order.
The only thing that you have to ensure is that the product is not damaged, used or washed, and should be in resalable condition with all the original tags intact.
EXCHANGES
If you face any of the following issues with the garment received, please reach out to us at kaajapparels@gmail.com and we will ensure that we do all we can to resolve it for you:
- Genuine sizing issues from the order (only for unused garments). We do have a detailed size chart on each product page to help you choose the correct size. But in case the garment you received still does not fit you, drop us an email mentioning the new size and we will take care of your exchange.
- In the unfortunate event when you receive a defective/damaged product, we will certainly help you with a replacement for the same. You just have to send us an email with an image highlighting the defect/damage within 24 hours of order delivery.
- We do two rounds of checking before we ship the products to you. However, in the unlikely event of you receiving the wrong product, we shall certainly process a replacement for you. All we need for you to do is share an image of the incorrect product received within 24 hours of order delivery.
- All our products are specially made to order and are one of a kind.They are made with love by artisans and karigars and we hope you appreciate the uniqueness of each product.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time
The exchange will be processed after we receive the product from you. A new piece will be processed and dispatched within the next 5 to 7 business days.
In the unfortunate event of a sizing issue raised for an order delivered outside India, the shipping & customs charges will be borne by the customer.
Each product is exclusively made for you once the order is placed, hence we do not accept any returns on our products. Although we do our best to make sure that the colours displayed on our Website are accurate, the actual colours may vary. Differences in monitors and the device you use to view the website will result in subtle differences in colour and textures. All products go through natural processes by hand like dyeing, printing etc and we request you to kindly excuse slight colour differences that may occur.
