We will be glad to customize the garment for you. Please choose a standard size closest to your measurements, and add the product to your cart. Now go to your cart, where you will find a comment box. Here you can give us your measurements and specifications.

You are free to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with us.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
For all cancellations, we will initiate the refund to the source of payment within 3-5 business days depending on the payment method used at time of checkout.
Specifically for our international customers, we have partnered with PayPal to help secure your payments, and offer the ease of checking out.
Only for cards issued outside India, kindly use "Wallet-PayPal" option once you are ready to check your cart out.
Kindly clarify with your bank, the source of your card being issued. This is our observation, that usually the cards are issued in the same country where your billing address for that account is maintained.

KAAJ Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Feel free to use them at one go or divide them into different orders, should you choose. However, do remember to exhaust them within the year.

Since all our garments are made to order, we take about 5-6 business days to make and dispatch them.

We offer worldwide shipping across our website for a flat fee of USD 35, regardless of the number of products you have in a single order.
