KAAJ is a story handcrafted to design fine quality, versatile clothing for the diverse woman. We are a home grown, woman owned brand, based in Kolkata. 

KAAJ in Bengali means “work by hand”. We aspire to stay true to the essence of our name in every product we make. 

 

We are deeply rooted in the age old crafts of hand block printing with organic dyes. Every garment is hand printed by artisans and is unique. Our stitching unit is based in Kolkata, where we have a small team of karigars who make every product by hand, on order. Each garment is tailored, manually checked and packed individually before we ship them out to you.

 

Our goal is to blend traditional craft with a modern fit and that is how we strive to create the perfect contemporary Indian aesthetics across all our products. Our collections bring together the convenience of comfort that speaks of premium designs.
